Elaine Manley - Managing Director Adit Training was founded and is run by Elaine Ross Manley. A true expert in her field, Elaine has more than 30 years experience in HR and education. A former school teacher, turned lecturer, turned training manager, Elaine is one of the most qualified trainers in the North East of Scotland and has developed a reputation for highest quality.

Robin Henderson - Senior Consultant Robin Henderson is a senior consultant with particular focus on Project Management. Robin successfully manages to bring together progressive thinking with solid academic qualifications. A PHD qualified engineering lecturer at the University of Aberdeen, Robin has significant industry experience in training, coaching and facilitation. Robin is the mastermind behind the Adit Training project management offering which is currently being turned into a computer based training programme.
